AKARAKORN DEVELOPMRNT CO., LTD. (AKD) We have invested R & D budget (RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT) to develop the modern construction system, in order to eliminate problems that exist in general construction systems, such as job delays, non-standard quality, durability, dust and waste generated from the construction.
In 1995, we developed the SMART FORM construction system instead of general construction with reinforced concrete beams and plaster walls. By the principle of ONE FLOOR ONE SHOT by designing an ALUMINUM installation with a number on the SHOP DRAWING plan for poles, walls, beams, and all floors and then pouring concrete simultaneously. When dismantling the ALUMINUM (SMART FORM), it will get the structure along the wall.
During that time, the PRECAST system in Thailand is not yet widespread due to the problem of leaky joints. SMART FORM is the answer for the HIGH TECHNOLOGY CONSTRUCTION system. However, we are aware of the advantages of the PRECAST system in terms of construction speed and with the solution experience with the SMART FORM system. We have developed a new construction system that combines the advantages of both SMART FORM and PRECAST systems together is called SMARTCAST system *which is the definition of precast concrete construction.
