What is the Smartcast Wall System (SMC) and Beam (PCB)?

Smartcast construction system consisting of reinforced concrete parts, SMC and PCB walls are prefabricated from the factory.

Electrical pipe system, water supply, air conditioners can be installed in the SMC wall completely since the factory production process.

Advantage when compared to brick masonry systems

- Construction speed

Smartcast system takes times for construction not different from the Precast system. It takes about 10-14 days which still cannot install the wall. But the Smartcast system takes approximately the same time, but the pipeline system is 100% completed.

- Heat and fire protection

The structure of the concrete or steel wall that is SMC is encapsulated, which is able to withstand fire more than conventional structures. Because the SMC wall will prevent fire from destroying the main structure.
